About the Site
The Site describes the marketing services Regulars Marketing offers to owner-operated small businesses, restaurants and cafés first. Information on the Site is provided for general purposes; client engagements are governed by a separate written service agreement, which controls if it conflicts with anything here.
Messaging programs
Text and email programs offered through the Site are governed by our SMS Terms (regularsmarketing.com/sms-terms/) and Privacy Policy (regularsmarketing.com/privacy/).
Intellectual property
The Site and its content (text, graphics, logos) belong to Regulars Marketing or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them commercially without permission.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Site: no attempts to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities, scrape it at scale, or submit false or unlawful content through its forms and chat.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific business results, search rankings, or uninterrupted availability of the Site.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Regulars Marketing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.
