The website rides beside any bundle.
No bundle contains the website, on purpose, so the website decision stays separate from the bundle decision. The Website Launch is a one-time $1,800 project, and the code, the files and the repository become yours on final payment. On The Works you can spread it as six monthly payments of $300 beside the retainer, with the site becoming yours at the sixth. Once we've built your site, its monthly life is one attach that rides beside any bundle: Site Updates at $300 plus the Care Plan at $99, together $399 a month.

- What does it cost to get started?
- A $297 setup fee on managed-service engagements. Then you pay the published monthly price of the services or bundle you choose. Monthly services start at $99 and one-time projects start at $300.
- Am I signing a long contract?
- The initial term is 90 days, firm. After that everything runs month to month and cancelling takes 30 days of notice. Billing is autopay on the 1st of the month.
- What happens to my stuff if I leave?
- It stays yours. The domain, the list, and the content belong to you, your data exports free as a CSV within 15 days, and your phone number keeps forwarding for 60 days after you go.
- When do the text messages start?
- Email goes to work in week one. Texting turns on once the phone carriers approve your business registration, and the carriers own that clock, so the email side carries the early weeks.
- Can you guarantee rankings or reviews?
- No, and nobody honest can. We promise the work, the responsiveness, and the measurement, and the one-page report every month shows you exactly what you got.
- Who owns the tracking on my site?
- You do. We set up your tracking and you own it. Your site gets a Google Tag Manager container and a Google Analytics property opened in your own name, measuring calls, form submissions and reservation or order clicks from launch day, and that is what the monthly report is built on. It goes on a site you already have as readily as on one we build, as long as your platform allows a tag manager. If you leave, the container, the property and everything they have recorded stay with you, the same way the domain, the list and the content do.
- What do I need to bring?
- Very little. We pay for every tool and every piece of software in the stack. You send photos when we ask, approve the things that matter, and keep doing what you already do best.
- Do you run paid ads?
- Meta ads only, on Facebook and Instagram, through the $300 a month Ads Management line. Media spend is separate and requires a $450 monthly minimum under the current terms. It goes straight to Meta on your card and is never marked up. You own the ad account, tracking assets, Page and history; Regulars works through delegated access and does not promise a particular result.
- What if I have more than one location?
- Each location gets its own account, hours and review link so one room never leaks into another. An additional location takes the services it needs at the published menu price per location, with the $297 setup charged once more. We serve independent owner-operators with up to three locations.
